Dear Andrew,

I installed a Water Furnace heating and cooling system in November 2003. The system circulates water through a pipe system that is buried in the ground and transfers heat/cooling through a heat exchange to the air that is circulated through our home.

Geothermal Services Pty Ltd carried out two tests on the 6 December 03 and the 8 April 04 respectively. The first test was conducted using water from a rainwater tank and was part of initial commissioning. After initial commissioning, we installed three ecovortek devices in our premises.

Having noticed improvements in water flow and differences in many other areas with the eco water, I decided to conduct a simple experiment with the ground loop water in our Geothermal Air con system. We measured parameters with the original water, then filled the ground loop with eco water and re-measured the same parameters. The effect was immediate.

Our measurements showed a large improvement in efficiency after filling the ground loop water with eco water. The results show a 15.5% improvement in heat transfer and an 18% reduction in electrical usage.

The initial results and a subsequent check show that the ecowater has a long term effect and will therefore reduce our electricity power consumption in the long term.

I am delighted with the results with Ecovortek treated water.

A copy of the test results is attached.

Yours sincerely,
Wayne Cheary
